Delete your Bipla account

Last updated: September 10, 2026

Bipla is developed and published by Bipla. This page explains how to ask us to delete your Bipla account and the data connected to it, what we remove, and the little we have to keep.

How to request deletion

  1. In the app — open Settings, tap Delete account, and confirm.
  2. On the web — sign in at bipla.co, open Settings, and choose Delete account.
Delete my account

Takes you to Settings and asks you to sign in first, so we know the request is yours.

Before you can delete

If you are the only admin of a business that other people work in, we will not let you delete your account and take their workspace with it. Make someone else an admin first (Team → change their role), or delete that business yourself if it is finished. Both take a moment and you can do them yourself. Businesses where you are the only person are removed with your account, and businesses that already have another admin simply carry on without you.

What happens, and when

  • Straight away — we lock the account, your agent stops answering customers, and we cancel your billing with the payment provider.
  • Within 30 days — everything listed below is permanently deleted.
  • After that — it is gone. We keep no copy, and nobody at Bipla can bring it back.

Changed your mind?

You have the full 30 days to stop it, and you can do it yourself — nothing is deleted until they are up, and stopping it switches your agent back on.

  • In the app — just sign in. Bipla opens on a screen showing the deletion date, with a Keep my account button.
  • On the web — sign in at bipla.co. You land in Settings, where Keep my account is waiting.

Once the 30 days have passed there is nothing left to restore.

What we delete

  • Your account — name, email address, phone number, and your Google Calendar connection.
  • If you are the only admin of a business, the business goes with you: its AI agent, the knowledge documents you uploaded, the WhatsApp and Telegram channels you connected, and every customer conversation and message.
  • If the business has other admins, we remove you and your personal data — the business and its data stay with them, and one of them becomes its owner. The free session allowance belongs to the account that created the business and cannot move with it, so from then on the business is billed from its first conversation: whoever takes it over will need a payment method for the agent to keep answering.
  • The files you uploaded, both from our storage and from the AI provider that indexed them.
  • The push-notification tokens for every device you signed in on.

What we keep, and why

  • Invoices and payment records — for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to keep them.
  • Security and abuse-prevention logs — anonymized, with no name, email address, or phone number.
  • Our internal record of administrative actions — kept, with your identity replaced by an anonymous marker.
  • A one-way fingerprint of your sign-in details — so that deleting and re-creating an account does not reset the free session allowance. It cannot be turned back into your email address, and if you do come back, any free sessions you still had available come back with you.

Billing

If you never set up billing there is nothing to settle: deleting the account is the end of it. If you did, we cancel it for you the moment you ask, so nothing new is charged — you keep what you have already paid for until the end of the current period, and what you used before that is invoiced as normal. There is nothing you need to cancel yourself, before or after.
